Rust coming through
If the iron is still sound, we wash it, treat the rust and put on two coats. That buys a tired roof years for a fraction of the cost of replacing it.
Spouting that overflows
We clear it, re-set the fall so it drains, or replace it with new spouting and downpipes in a colour to match the roof.
A roof that's had it
Long-run iron re-roofs for houses, sheds and farm buildings. New underlay, flashings and fixings, and a written warranty on the work.
Your house is never left open overnight
A re-roof on a three-bedroom house takes about a week. We only take off what we can close in again the same day, and we check the forecast before a single sheet comes off.

Scaffold and edge protection up. Old iron off the first face, new underlay and sheets on before we leave.
- Tuesday
The next face. If rain is due by the afternoon, we only open what we can close by lunch.
- Wednesday
Ridge, barges and flashings. Any rotten timber gets photographed and shown to you before we replace it.
- Thursday
New spouting and downpipes, if they're part of the job.
- Friday
Old iron off to the recycler, a magnet sweep of the lawn for screws, scaffold down. You get photos of the finished roof.
